Came to have my son here and they were absolutely amazing the whole time! My nurses made the experience absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend them to any mother expecting! If I could give them more stars I definitely would. They were very attentive always quick to adjust if needed and are very conscious of their patients wants and needs. They’re very good about explaining the entire process to you. Absolutely an amazing experience!!

The only negative experience I had was When I first arrived at Grandview Hospital at 4:15 in the morning after about a 2 1/2 hour drive the lady that come to get me called the number Out used her finger to motion me and the same thing for my husband to come with me never said a word that I can recall until she told me to wipe down with those antibacterial wipes and that’s all she said the whole time. Oh yes, she did say the gown opens in the back, but not another word but from that time on it was a very good experience and I had very good care and very good nurses

Everyone from beginning to end was friendly and nice. Especially once I got in to prep room or whatever you call it. We had to wait a long time but nurses checked on us and kept us informed the whole time. The surgical people were so nice and made me feel like I was in good hands. This is my third surgery for different things at grandview and I’ve had good experience each time

I had a wonderful experience at Grandview. I had OP surgery and went home the next day. Dr Robert Robinson did an amazing job with my surgery. The whole process was smooth and organized. Everyone was so nice and treated me care and respect. My nurses were great! I have no complaints at all.

I gave birth here and it was a great experience! Everyone was friendly and professional, the room service was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. If I ever changed my mind about having more kids, I would definitely choose Grandview again!

Highly recommend. My care was excellent. Very thorough and issue was pinpointed quickly. Hospital rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Only suggestion I would have would be, I came from 1.5 away through the ER spur of the moment and had no personal belongings with me. I was there for 4 days and never offered a hospital gown or tooth brush ect.

My overall experience was wonderful, from my nurses to the doctors to the check-in staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The only hiccup I experienced was with housekeeping. I had called throughout the day because my room had not been swept or mopped, and I hadn’t received clean towels. However, there was one young lady on the night shift — I believe her name is Ever — who truly stood out to me. She went above and beyond. She didn’t have to clean my room or restroom at that time, but she did, and she took pride in her work. That really meant a lot to me and did not go unnoticed. Other than that small issue, I had a wonderful experience, as I always do. Thank you to the entire team for your care and dedication.

All of the staff, nurses, and techs were very helpful, kind, Godly, friendly, and very caring. The hospital was very clean and provided anything that I needed in a timely manner. The floor Doctor at the time was amazing and actually listened to my issues and how to fix my pain so that I was able to go home. The food was good and if you call ahead you are able to have plenty of options to eat or snack on 3 meals a day.

The doctors and nurses, although extremely busy, gave me their full attention and moved quickly to make a diagnosis and to provide appropriate care. The staff was courteous, thorough, and caring. After transferring to a floor, I again found myself receiving competent and thorough medical treatment. All my nurses and techs were friendly and attentive to my needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care I received from Grandview Medical Center. From the moment I walked into the ED I felt cared for. Every nurse, doctor, and patient care tech who had a hand in my care was amazing! I appreciate everyone who was on my care team. I want to also thank housekeeping for keeping my room cleaned. I want to also thank dietary for the food prepared, and brought for me once I was allowed to eat. I used to work in the medical field at another local hospital. I am thankful and glad I can say that Grandview Hospital exceeded my expectations on caring for their patients. This was my first experience at Grandview Hospital. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you all for all of your care! I loved my Apple Cinnamon Cream of Wheat!
